I’m having some trouble with my unit updating to the cloud, on my device list it says cloud.
I spoke to Jonas and figured out I had the app open while restarting the unit so I tried restarting it again tonight with the app closed but it still isnt updating the cloud. Any ideas?

Hi. The new app was just a step to get some log data for further help in debugging. A more substantial updated will follow when we have included the “fast mode” function. App works fine with all coming updates in fw of machine. Stay tunes for that updates. We will soon push out them and announce.
Yes orp port is possible to use if you in apex enable that port to be a ph port instead which is possible as it’s same sort of signal. So in apex you go to that port and enable ph for that port.
Salinity port is not possible to use. Another signal.
You can also expand number of ph/orp ports by buying a pm 1 module. Through that pm1 you can connect Alkatronic:-)/Jonas
You could up your shedule to 6 hrs to reduce the amount you would be putting in the tank?
It’s a good idea but as it is the Alkatronic provides a backup if your doser with alk fails, lines blocked or it runs out of alk solution, in all 3 of those cases the Alkatronic will step in and dose every 2 hours for you, you would then get a lot of red dots alerting you that something is wrong with your doser.
I did the same with the o ring and I spotted Jonas post on fb and rushed up the loft to find it at 23.30 to find it lol
