Cloud not updating

I’m having some trouble with my unit updating to the cloud, on my device list it says cloud.
I spoke to Jonas and figured out I had the app open while restarting the unit so I tried restarting it again tonight with the app closed but it still isnt updating the cloud. Any ideas?

Have any luck? If the unit is holding readings & reboot don't work i've found turning upload off/save then renable/save sometimes gets it to work
